A WELCOME FROM THE PRINCIPAL

“As the new Principal, I am delighted to welcome you to our new website.

Although moving into this role has been tinged with sadness at the passing of Rev Dr Osato Osaghae, our former Principal, in October last year, I am grateful to God for the privilege of heading up Logos College, with the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

This College has been built on the solid foundation of the unadulterated Word of God which is Jesus Christ and we continue to build on that which was established by the founders, Rev Drs Geoff and Hazel Carr.

Although we are living in a rapidly changing world, God’s Word is steadfast and sure and does not need to reinvent itself to keep up with new trends. However, in this digital age, there are some changes we must make in order to be relevant today. We at Logos College are currently in the midst of relaunching, rebranding and using new tools and new media. As with many organisations, we are using Teams to present our lectures and courses, with an added possibility of Zoom and other similar media.

As we move into a new phase with the College, having made a slight change to the name, we are also preparing to introduce some new and exciting programmes.

Our mandate is to build and to plant and it is with that in mind that we move forward with the vision that was given by God all those years ago and take it into a new era. It is for us to plant and water and the Lord will give the increase. The Great Commission is at the forefront of our minds as we begin the next chapter in the life of the College.

The Campus is now open again for on-site lectures and courses, however, these can still be made available via Teams, if preferred. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again in person, now that we have the freedom to do so, albeit still with a degree of caution and wisdom.
